Trickle Health lets doctors track patient data between visits — so care doesn't stop when the visit ends.
Patients are asked to summarize three months of their lives in two sentences. Their care gets built on whichever two they pick.
Patients install the Trickle Health app once. A daily text reminds them to check in when it suits them. Now, every visit starts with the patient's real day-to-day data — so the appointment can focus on care, not catching up.
Each morning, a short text reminds the patient it’s time to check in. One tap opens the Trickle Health app. No logins, no friction.
Symptoms, medication, energy, sleep, mood, and side effects, tailored to the patient’s condition. Wearable device data syncs in the background, and patients can see their own trends over time.
A real-time dashboard shows every patient sorted by who needs attention. Trends and concerning changes surface automatically; patients doing fine don’t take up space.
A one-page summary built from check-in responses and wearable data, ready when the doctor opens the chart. It surfaces what’s changed and what’s worth asking about, so the visit focuses on care.
Months of daily check-ins, condensed into the patterns a busy clinician actually needs to see.
Helen has been steady on energy and sleep for most of the period, with a noticeable dip in the past nine days — reporting "low" energy six of those mornings. Medication adherence remains 94%. She flagged moderate ankle swelling twice in the last week, both mornings.
Trickle Health adapts to the patients you're already caring for — whether they're managing long-term conditions or participating in studies.
For patients on extended treatment paths — CKD, cancer, post-transplant, autoimmune, cardiac — where small day-to-day changes matter and the time between visits is where the story gets lost.
For investigators who need to know what's happening between protocol visits — and whether a reported symptom reflects the intervention, or the patient's daily life around it. Trickle Health surfaces the day-to-day signal that protocol data alone cannot capture.
Our first clinical pilot is with Brookview Hills Research Associates, the clinical research arm of a nephrology practice in Winston-Salem, NC.
Distributed via Apple TestFlight during the pilot phase. Patients receive an invitation, download TestFlight from the App Store, and install the Trickle Health app in minutes.
Steps, heart rate, sleep, activity. Passive data fills the gaps that check-in answers can't reach.
A summary that finds the patterns across what the patient reported and what their wearable devices recorded — symptom shifts, adherence drops, sleep changes, side effects, and what's different since the last visit.
Patient list sorted by who needs attention, trend charts, exportable notes. Built for clinical staff to use without a tutorial.
Reliable daily reminders so patients never miss a check-in. With opt-in handling and quiet hours that respect the patient's day.
Encrypted, access-controlled, and BAA-ready. Built to meet HIPAA standards from day one.
I started Trickle Health because as a kidney transplant recipient, I realized that during my follow-up visits, my answers were guesses, not facts. I tried summing up months worth of data in a few sentences, and to be honest, I didn’t really remember.
Born with renal insufficiency, chronic disease is something that has been with me my whole life. Growing up in Mexico City and now living in the United States, I’ve noticed that this problem isn’t a healthcare problem, it’s a human one. No one can summarize months of their own body in a few sentences. Not in Mexico, not in the U.S., not anywhere. Humans are not machines. And doctors aren’t mind readers.
Healthcare today puts patients into the same solution box, even when no two patients are the same. Based on our bodies, genetics, ethnicities, and environments, we respond differently to treatments. I know it, because I lived it. I’m building Trickle Health so doctors can give each patient the individualized care they deserve.
